IMO, G2A tends to be a little more 'sketchy' than, for example, CD-Keys.
Microsoft keys will be likely reused, not legitimate (although they may activate).

Just make sure you buy exactly what you are looking for.
They offer games on many different platforms and for many different regions.
They also offer games that are linked to a specific account. So you may by a GTA V code but it's linked to an account, so you can't add it to your own account on steam for example.
So if you want all your games in one account (which most people do) make sure it's a game code, not an account code.
