Amazon S&S not working

I sometimes get a problem with not being to set up Amazon S&S, when I click on set up now, I just get a blank page. I find that this can work on the app if I switch to the app when I have this problem on the website.

However, I have just had a problem this evening and when I switch to my husband's account, the problem was resolved. Does Amazon stop you setting up S&S based on individual accounts? For example, based on your history of cancelled S&S orders after the first delivery?

    Amazon manages everything at an account level.

    i tend to buy stuff on s/s to get the discount and then cancel it after the first order, so i don't know if this then stop you setting up future s/s. the problem does seem to be account specific as i can buy now on my account but it wouldn't let me do s/s order.
