Issues with FUPS login on app

Does anyone was logout from the app and login again ?
Registered with one time turkey number and sms and now they ask me to enter the sms when I try to login.

This morning I had the issue of being logged out automatically and then having to re-register for the app. So followed the instructions to redo my password in order for it to work again.

So by the looks of it, will have to do this every time the logging in issue happens...

I've saved all this information so if it does happen I can get back in.

Had previously heard if you were logged out that was you out of luck. Very wary of topping up much or keeping money on it for any length of time

Yeh me too. What caused us to be logged out the app. Also keen for any fix on this.

Think I'll spend my balance and forget about fups.

Managed to log in using the method of forgot password but feel like that'll change soon and they'll lock you out again requiring verification for a PW change (edited)

You need to provide a Turkish citizenship I.D number now.
New Banking rules for turkey

How does saving the mobile number stop you losing the account if its a one time mobile number?

You use the number to log back in via the forgot password method.
