There is an offer on the galaxy A54 5G for £273, which is extraordinarily cheap.

What am I missing? Is this legit?

Seems to say you can pay for the phone and don't have to buy their plans.

Voxi is genuine, it's just a black friday price. It does seem you need to buy one of their 30 day rolling plans, can't seem to get past that unless you're an existing customer.

If you're ok with Grade A/Box opened, cheapest electrical have some for c£220 -

Thanks, you have spotted what I am missing. It wasn't obvious that you need to buy a SIM plan with the phone to me.

Can currently be bought on Amazon for a similar price, with the 256 going for £315. You get the Amazon service and guarantee, and the chance to save 3% if you use Cardyard, without the obligation of taking out a plan or contract
