Help! Budget TV Needed - Will Be Used For Gaming £300-£400

My old Samsung TV stopped working yesterday & I need a new one, but it's broken my brain looking at all the different stats. Dimming, htz, IPS Vs Va, local dimming etc... Like how do you know if a TV is a VA panel or not?

I feel like I wanna give up but currently using a tiny tinny sounding TV!

Plus it's Cyber Monday & feel pressure from that. There's 20% off some sellers on eBay, ends tonight too.

Any recommendations?

Read LG are good & Hisense or TCL are decent but it's a bit more lucky dip with those.
