Selling phone to CEX

Looking to sell my OnePlus 10 to CEX. Under A grade it states box and og accessories. Under B grade it just states charger. If it's just supplied with a generic usb charger and cable will they still take it as a B grade if the phone self is in immaculate condition.

That's correct yes.

You need to have the item exactly as it was new to get the grade A.

Anything else will be graded down. Even if it's brand new and never once used. If it doesn't have the original box and all original accessories it will go as a B grade.

There's 2 listing as well for the phone on cex. Both unlocked B grade same ram and storage. One has dual SIM in the title one doesn't. But there's like a 30 quid difference in price any idea why this would be ?

I once took an old IPhone in and they just told me to go in Poundland and get a 1m cable and they will give me more

Yeah they will give B grade if it's got charger or charge your for one I guess. I'm only asking because I have a 80w supervocc charger for my OnePlus 10. I'm getting a OnePlus 11 that's also compatible. And if they won't deduct any money for having a cheap generic charger. Then I might as well keep the 80w super vocc as a 2nd charger for my new OnePlus 11

Yes, as grade B. Your phone's battery should hold atleast 80% charge if not they won't take it.

I mean it goes up to 100% so all good lol
