Most places will only take the notes. If you sure you won’t go on a European holiday next year then try and find a friend or family member who is going and get them to buy off you.

If I ever have spare euros I usually keep them as they will get spent at some point but if you know you won't then I would have a look what the buy back rate is and the sell rate then sell them to a relative or friend for the in between price. For example if buy back is 1.60 and the sell rate is 1.10 then sell them your friend for a rate of 1.35. both of you are getting the best deal then.
Do you not know anybody going somewhere that uses euros soon? It’s highly likely that somebody you know will be going away in the next couple of months and you could do a deal that benefits both
for 200 euros, just go to any bureau de change. they won't take coins. there was a coin machine company before covid but they folded after covid
Exchange places only take notes, as above best way if you not going anywhere is to find someone who is.
