Securing a metal bracket to an exterior wall

Can someone recommend a product (like no more nails but stronger) that will securely fit a metal bracket of a security light to a brick wall without the need to drill?

As any glue type product will only permeate a few millimetres, I can't see it lasting long before the light falls down along with the few mms of brick face

Any reason why you can't put it up properly with rawl plugs?

Although any of these 'no more nails' (check suitable for exterior use) might work, dependent on weight etc, there are no guarantees, therefore unless it's a cheap light and you don't mind the risk, I would be installing properly with plugs.

If it's an absolute no no for plug/drilling then almost all of the branded products are the same and will work the same
