Save your money and buy a victorinox knife one at a time. They will last a lifetime in a home kitchen and are the best value for money available. You won’t use most of the knives in this set a good cooks knife a paring knife and a bread knife are all you should ever need!

It should be similar quality to cheapest fiskars. For basic house cook should be good. Steel must be the cheapest as they don't declare particular grade/quality.

Cheapest good quality are pro cook. Very often on sale etc. Surprisingly ergonomic handle, great steel (grades to choose from) although I was very tempted with ninja set with the sharpener...

I have never seen a decent Joseph Joseph product. Premium priced junk.

Which is better for people suffering pain in hand wrist
Suntoku or chef knife? Also does good knives with soft materials handle?

Depends they serve two different purposes. But for arguments sake if your having issues with hand and wrist then the style of chopping with a Santoku would personally be better. But maybe try both and see which you get on with best.
