Anyway of contacting a person at Trip.com

Does anyone know how I can contact a human on trip.com? Tried calling them but there is no option to speak to anyone. I have tried chat and it's a bot.

    Open Trip.com App > tap on support > scroll down to bottom of page > tap on “Call us” and it will bring up the options in the picture.
