How do you keep your head/face warm at night?

I have a duvet and blanket which keeps my body warm. But my face and head get very cold in the middle of the night.

I can't afford to keep the heating on at night or in the evening and put on a Extra layers/blanket. I woke up in the middle of the night yesterday and my head and face were very cold. It was only after I didn't realised just how cold my face and head were, as before I wouldn't have noticed as I'm asleep. So curious what others do?

Thank you

B&M sell beanies hats men and women for £2 each. Standard price and a bargain and national. I posted here last year and a right pain listing here but offer is still on. I'd grab mens. I use one in bed when really cold weather strikes.

Add a 3d eye blackout just for warmth (edited)

I sometimes have blanket over head. Can have duvet over head and make an archway opening for air to get in

14-15c your room is? You're face shouldn't really be super cold, do you know if you have any kind of underlying health issues like bad circulation?
As somebody mentioned you could get a beanies to wear, but really shouldn't have to. I quite like my head being a little cooler, to warm and makes me feel sick

We still have the window open at night.
Electric blanket for her, 15 tog quilt.
Can’t say my head or face gets cold, but it must do as she covers my face with a pillow just in case every night.
She is very caring that way.

Put the hood up on a hooded dressing gown or blanket hooded, even a regular hood would help.

That won't keep his head warm.

Same here I always have window open, even in winter, can't breath properly if not.

Can't stand being too hot in bed, I don't even have any heating upstairs.

You could invest in a "mummy" style sleeping bag - I've slept out in the open in lower temperatures and not needed a face covering...

Get some Deep Heat from the chemist and massage it into your cheeks and forehead

Fluffy/large eye mask? I have one that my girlfriend got me but I find it too hot in the night.

If my nose gets cold I usually bury it somewhere... Warm. For a few minutes anyway.

Being bald, maybe I feel this more than most. Sometimes I put a pair of underwear on my head. It's not tight so it doesn't stop me falling asleep.

Are you talking about the last two people who posted or your own specific plan to keep warm?

I don't like a cold room and need a bit of warmth. If its cold weather I take a hot water bottle to bed. I usually fall asleep with my head under the covers too... you won't suffocate.

    Onesie?

Or these look nice and warm, but I don't think they are available in adult size anymore.

Can sympathise. Absolutely no window open in the winter. brrr, I do have low blood pressure. May be a factor.

Could you not just lay on your bed on your phone or watch TV before you go to bed. It might warm the pillow up so it's not as cold when your hit the hay.

The back of side of my head would be warm. But what about the front /face?

Wear a hat, the warmth will radiate to your face.
If my head is that cold then I'll just put my head under the duvet.
