Xbox credit

Hello how easy is it to change your vpn to a different country for their games as prices can be cheaper and if so how? Also could i then spend my Microsoft credit I have on those stores and have the games.. Sorry maybe sound a really silly question with an easy answer but I'm now good at stuff like this thanks
