Looking for a 65" TV with a £500 budget.

Wife has decided that she wants a bigger TV, currently have a 55" from Aldi a few years old. Budget is £500 max and I know that aint gonna be the best. Have a fire cube so smart features will be rarely used. Didn't realise that buying a TV would be this much of a nightmare but it is. Will be used mainly for watching council TV and light gaming but dip in and out of D+ and Netflix every few months so want a decent (if possible) telly in that price range.

Cheers.

If you get online membership @ Costco you can get a Panasonic TX-65MX610B for £490 with a 5 year guarantee. So £505 all in.

Other than that look at John Lewis & Richer Sounds because they do long warranties too.

Richer Sounds have a Phillips but it is instore only but John Lewis have a Panasonic TX-65MX600B for £529 with 5 years too.

Richer Sounds is a 60+ mile round trip unfortunately and probably wouldn't fit in my car anyway. Missed out on a Costco Phillips TV that was £400 but now £550 and now see Ebay have 15% discount on selected retailers so thats even more TVs to consider.

TLC or Hisense in that price range. you'll get more features for the money. If you go big brand, it'll be average or worse.
