How do i soundproof my bathroom?

    Without being too specific, bedroom next door can hear the kids being dropped off at the pool. Surely that's not normal...?

    Someone had said on a previous thread that you used extra plaster board with an insulation layer on between, and it should work. They did it to drown out the noise from the neighbours TV in the living room, but I would think bathroom will be the same.
