Drill out the fan impellor or if its metal and very close put the motor in the freezer for a few hours, heat up the fan impellor and either press it on if you have a big enough vice or grease the motor shaft and tap the impellor on
The OP doesn’t mention how much smaller the fan hole is. Get a micrometer and measure both and then decide if an interference fit would work, else as suggested it will be easier to enlarge the hole in the fan.
