It's like all the games are designed for five year olds.

Thats because its a family orientated console, but they also have some of the best games, i have ps5 and gaming pc but ive had the most fun on Nintendo by far

Same games and just whack the name of the new console on the end of the title

They don't have Call of Duty 472 or Fifa 2097, they just don't innovate!

Love Nintendo but why won’t you let me buy NSO games instead of providing them as a live service? And also why does it take so long to introduce them when they are so readily available elsewhere?

    It’s all love really though.

They have such a extensive back catalogue of games across many consoles. The best and biggest out of all gaming companies.

But their retro offering via Switch Online is rubbish. Only a small sample of games available for N64/SNES/GBA/GB/NES, a handful for the Megadrive, and it feels like they add one new game to each console every three months.

    Nothing for GameCube or Wii.

Switch Online is such a wasted opportunity, it could be a treasure trove of retro goodness but it feels so half hearted.

Emulation allows me to play any retro games I want but come on Nintendo.......make it worthwhile for people to sign up to the service!

Could never hate on Nintendo but as a Wii U owner the initial Switch offering was a joke, for years it was just Wii U ports.
Also a 4K home console would be nice.

Ok when you play their own games but play any 3rd party game and the fps drop to 5 or 6 in any mildly intense situation. Guess that’s the case for using the same hardware as a nvidia shield

Main gripes with switch is I miss the VC that Wii/uhadwhere I could buy the games & there were more to choose, I say buy cos technically it’s like digital renting as we all know once they close the online shops and it’s a shame there were no best of label titles so like by now Mario Odyssey/arms/ etc should be available for £20-25

I don't like how difficult it is to game share across family consoles. We have 4 switches in our house, but only 2 kids can have access to the digital games on the main account at any one time. It's for this reason I often end up with both physical and digital copies of games they all want to play (Minecraft, Splatoon Mario Kart etc). Microsoft and Sony make this process much easier (and cheaper!). (edited)
