every single manager i have ever met is an incompetent clown who makes up for a lack of talent with an inherent ability to brown nose into a friend group of likeminded low iq low T others

i weep for any family that would use project manager principles to run their life

    that said its free.

Ironically shows Waterfall methodology... free ebook but potentially misleading in a current environment for many businesses.

PMP, therefore useless in the UK. We use PRINCE2 because we invented it. This is a book for the Americans.

Whichever way you look at it, projects and management of them have the same requirements. Start (initiation), plan, develop/test, implement, go live, and support. This is the same in all projects.
Framework albeit, PRINCE2 or another, are just best practice.
