Any Talk talk renewal deals?

Had an email today saying our contract is up next month, currently paying £23.98 for fibre 67, they are wanting to put it up to £30pm on a 24 month contract. Anybody recently renewed similar contract and got a good deal?
Thanks.

I'm not renewing my TalkTalk contract this year. Customer service has been abysmal when I've jumped on live chat to get a basic answer. Too many foreign staff with no knowledge/experience.

Have you spoken to them to see what they're offering? 99% of the time they have a retentions team that can go deeper than the published offers

Been with Talktalk more than a decade. My renewal is in March, I think. I was Fibre 65 contract which includes broadband and line rental = £22.92 till March 2023.

I phone up every year and talk to retentions - I've even been known to 'think about it' and phone back to get a better offer. The lowest they could give me in March last year was £31! And I huffed and puffed but there was no negotiation this time.

Talktalk would not budge - no matter who I talked to. In previous years they were much more flexible - I put it down to the cost of living crisis. Or was it just me?

Yep definitely not as good deals. Just managed to get £24 pm until April, then 7.7% increase in April for 12months then 7.7% increase the following April until the remainder of the contract. Tried for credit on my account but with no luck. Don't think I could get much better from them.

My contract expired 1st December and I was given the option to continue with my £23.95 payments for fibre 65 which I am doing
Just logged into account and I'm being offered to renew for £34 think I'll pass on that one
Has a side not having been with these guys since the days of Tiscali I'm sure that the anytime calls to landlines and mobiles was included in the package at one point then it rose to a fiver now it's £14 (don't think I dreampt that up ?)
The rigmarole of contract negotiations fill me with dread sometimes

    I renewed in November. I'm on 150meg.
I almost moved to virgin, similar price but with £100 gift card. Talk talk have held my price at £29.99, gave me £100 Amazon voucher as well. On top of that they bundled in a talk talk TV box (which is crap) for free. (edited)

That's a decent deal tbh, I was struggling to get anything decent this time.

Taken from online chat 2 weeks ago, this is what they offered me.

"You can renew on the fibre 65 for £27 fixed for 24 months with the fixed plan you can only be
affected by the price increase if you are out of contract. As for a deal for £23 for 24 months, it is available but it is not fixed which means you will be affected by the price increase every april by 3.7% plus the inflation rate."

I decided to cancel and I am halfway through my 30 day notice period. They contact me every few days. Their latest offer via snail mail said call us and renew from £20.

I getting full fibre installed next week from YouFibre instead - £19.99 a month, 150 MBS, 24 month contract and no added extras and no in contract price increase. UK call centre too.

    Sounds like a good deal.

£5/m discount to commit to 24m term seems meh,
but £35/m rolling short term is probably OK to identify more acceptable arrangement.
