Shoes recommendations

I am on my fit all day, on concrete floor.
walking and standing for about 8 hours at work.
I have tried sketchers but did not really like it.

My wife spent £30 on Skechers and 4 weeks later they're at the back of the cupboard. Most uncomfortable footwear she's ever had. The insole doesn't even fill the shoe fully.

Should've taken them back to Costco (edited)

Adidas ultraboost or any running/lifestyle trainer is comfortable

New Balance used to manufacture trainers specifically to be worn at work, looking professional, atheistically similar to a shoe. Unfortunately lack of demand, the UK website doesn't normally stock the trainers. So the closest trainers available are cross or walking trainers, but they are generic looking which may fail to comply with a company's dress code policy. So the only other option is buying Clark's, Hush Puppies or specialist Shoe manufactures that have orthopaedic or cushioned insoles.

Shoes for crews, I pull 10-12 hour shifts on my feet all day with no break and they're the only ones I use. Fit right away without having to break them in (for me anyway). They have their own website and also available from various others, get mine through amazon as they often have deals on.
