Had mine banded and injected over 20 years ago, yep it'll be painful and feel like someone's got a fist up your arse for a few days after but it's better than keeping them ! (edited)

The surgeon decided it wasn't the best route ffs my operation has been cancelled with further tests coming
My brother has severe piles.
