Put my mind at ease.....or not

... Soooooo I recently got a new phone and began the process of selling my old one. After checking trust pilot reviews,I went with sellmyphone.org
sellmyphone.org/

My phone was sold to them in as new condition and they offered me £236.
Once they received it , they said there were scratches on it and had to lower the offer to £210. To save all the faff I accepted, but since then they've had glitches with the banking system and I, today had another email from them saying it might take 2 or 3 days to sort out. Seems a bit fishy, but just wondered if anyone else has had dealings with them?

Seems to be a different company, notice the address from the OP doesn’t end in .uk

Just do what you whats best for you, you don't need any stranger on here telling you what to do, including me lol

I would ask for the phone back and sell it elsewhere out of principle of being messed about with the price evaluation and the delay.

That's what my partner said but I don't want to risk them not paying me at all......but then if they're gonna rip me off, what have I to lose.

    Thank you for replying

I hate to say this, but It sounds like the phone and money are gone. It's a scam.

I used them about a month ago for my brother's Pixel 8 Pro. They reduced offer slightly and we accepted their offer. They processed the payment a few days later. Sent on a Saturday, delivered on the Monday. Money in the bank by Thursday.
