Got this before xmas and is perfect for UK and abroad. Powers my 14” MacBook and also bunch of other stuff without breaking a sweat

45w would do that, but I reckon the reviews are accurate.

I got the 100W one at 22£ as I plan to power my laptop + more. My laptop is officially 65w/45w, but doesn't 'charge' on 45w so some padding would be nice.
    Great price/spec if so.

Good tip, forgot to add that to the description

Bought same specs one from Amazon for around 40 quid Priceless thing though, the only thing I take with me in all my travels. Charges my 16" MacBook and all the devices. (edited)

Same here, travel EU and US with just this to keep my MacBook Pro, iPad, Apple Watch and 2 x iPhones charged. I left my original in a hotel room, gutted!

I wish our plugs were smaller like the US, the worst thing is just how much room they take up.... And stepping on one in the night.
    DuckDuck86's avatar
Ehhh... The UK plugs are so much safer than EU/US - and while such extreme safety protections are now needed.

They simply fit in the wall better, safer and more snug (*cuddle*), the amount of tiny US/EU plugs I've had disconnect and mess up my plans is annoying.

That is cheap. Is it genuine? Same item on Ali elsewhere is more than this and it's about £42 on Amazon. Not an item to buy a cheap copy of given the implications.
    If it's genuine then bargain!!

This seems insanely great for the price?

And just what I wanted when I see all the GaN charger threads.

I currently use a ugreen 100w(More? It's 2year old) 5 port (3c,2a) USB charger and just swap out the EU 2pin power cable when I travel.
It records 87w input on my laptop though, which is the most a Lenovo Yoga X1 will register (It uses 45/65w).

This would rock for the airport/plane though. (edited)

It's really good, I got one a while ago. It does Samsung super fast charging 2.0 as well which is good at this price
  7. bibekpd's avatar
Does anyone know if this would work with the S24U for super-fast charging at 45W? Or would I need something Samsung-specific?
    minsx's avatar
I am currently plugged into this with an S23 ultra. It charges at "Superfast" which is 25W+. It does not charge at "superfast 2.0" so will not put 45W into an S23/24 ultra. According to the phone it'll be 4 minutes slower to 85% than my Samsung 45w charger
  8. bp4917's avatar
Decent Price for a 65W charger with 5 ports. If you factor in the Travel charger function it's a really good deal
  9. BealBocht's avatar
This looks identical to the Zendure Passport III that I bought through Kickstarter a couple of years ago. I paid US$84 for two of them, and they have been excellent - used both when travelling to a few different countries, and also used at home as a laptop charger.

I've just ordered this Lencent one, so will be interested to compare them.

Arrived today. Very solid feeling and seems to work fine. Bargain.
No little carry pouch though which I got with my previous Homcom travel adapter but no biggie.
  13. eshanmistry73's avatar
Can vouch for these, had mine a while and they are really good - and we use them in the Uk as a fast charging plug too!

Been looking for something like this for when I travel, thanks a lot OP!

Brilliant charger this is, been to 8 countries and worked perfectly in all of them, the pins are sturdy and charger is well made. Perfect travel charger and for use at home too.

I have the 45W one and paid more than this so bought the 65W one to just carry as a spare laptop charger.

Nice one, buy loads from Ali Express, this will prove very useful for European trips etc.
Good to have something from a quality brand.
  17. Botenny1's avatar
Ordered and came to about almost £8 for me. Heat added thanks for sharing!
  18. DuckDuck86's avatar
Silly comments and fun about UK/ey/us safety aside.

Tested with a 65w laptop today, worked great.
Have no reason to believe it won't do a 65w laptop and a crappy 20/25w (iPhone) at the same time.

Felt high quality and the 65w I tested with was Dell- who are the worst for compatibility... and don't buy the Thunderbolt standard approval, but worked fine.

They seem pretty robust. I have purchased the far Easts best and worse, and pretty much everything in between. I'm happy to plug my stuff into these.

I bought a cheap usb charger from a market in thailand, it worked fine for 2 weeks and then in Gran Canaria next holiday caught fire and fused the entire hotel. Luckily i was there so got it out of the wall before any real damage was done. probably could have electrocuted myself doing so. Im happy to buy a xiami one but never heard of this make

They're a Chinese brand, I know, but I suspect they're trying to build a brand similar to how Anker and Ugreen were - who had heard of Ugreen a few years back?

Their website seems quite professional (again I know this is anecdotal, but at least they have a website vs. 1000s of other no name brands).

Been using this for 6 months now, works amazingly well, give about 60W output on the USB C side port, just ensure you use a proper power cable with the E-Marker chip thingy.

Worked in Peru / Spain / India no worries, gets warm like any other charger, there is a screw in the back with a spare fuse.

AliExpress has really improved shipping times, most items are now 7 days or less. I ordered this yesterday and it's already in the UK with royal mail according to the latest tracking info.

I reckon from ordering to delivery it will have taken 3-4 days!

Sooooo, reading comments above I though I'd try Monzo. PayPal wanted £49.28, paying them £ and letting them convert it. Monzo via $ was £48.13 for the same. In true HUKD spirit I've 'saved' £1.15 on this completely unnecessary purchase of nearly £50.

    Gooooooooooooo HUKD!! Woo woo

If I’ve understood this right, feel free to correct, if two devices using USB A it’s max combined 12w so 6w power to each, 1 USB A (A1 or A2) and 1 USB C (C2 or C3) it’s a max combined 15w so assume 7.5w to each.
(Ignoring USB C1 port for now)
