Quidco Claim

Hi
Has anyone had much luck with a Quidco claim?  I purchased through Quidco in the Calvin Klein black Friday sales.   I can't remember the exact cashback rate but it was very high.  The order value was £227.50 and the cashback should have been £81.90 but was declined.  I put a claim in, filling in the order number, and date, and listing every single item and cost from the order email into the Quidco claim form.  There was no way the cashback claim could have been denied based on not finding the order, but surprise after about 3 months the claim has been denied and you can't counterclaim.  There is no way of getting to the bottom of it, providing the order number again just in case there was a typo or something small.

    This is the usual.

Quidco cancel cashback like its going out of fashion.

Gave up Quido years ago because this kept happening to me.
I found topcashback more reliable, however I now use Complete Savings and I don’t remember cashback ever failing to track and have never had anything denied (much higher rates too).

Yea use complete savings recently, tracks well. Went quidco as the rate was so high in black Friday, wish I didn't

This is why I boycotted Quidco many years ago

Sounds like it's just a way to attract people to purchase

I’m still waiting for the claim I put in for LV since last April for £95
The 3p from curry’s last August was paid before Christmas.

this is why you should never factor cashback into a deal. there is always the chance it wont be honoured

My last 2 transactions didn't track. They were worth about £5. Haven't used them since.

Yeah good luck, they've turned down my Boots claim over a year later and can't give me a reason why (£10 bonus linked to it).

I've also been waiting over a year for an AliExpress claim which again has a £10 bonus attached to it so I'm expecting this to be declined too.

    They're a waste of time.

I think quidcon should worry more about existing customers and getting things right, than trying to ensnare new one's! If only life worked that way, eh?
