It wasn't a few year ago when we went but that's helpful (edited)

It looks like you probably have to book 2 months ahead and that you need to be fairly quick as slots are taken fast.

We went a few weeks back and just got a ticket outside immediately beforehand. If you happen to be in London midweek chances are you can just turn up. For weekends and school holidays I'd recommend booking

There's also a free viewing platform next door pretty much - The Lookout | 8 Bishopsgate . It was much quieter than Horizon 22 aswell but slightly less panorama of London from it.

Yes, since it opened it's always been free. The views are spectacular - and the lift moves fairly swiftly.

No idea why this is a deal. Been free for over 12 months or so now. Good views.

For people interested in such things it might be worth keeping an ear to the ground about the “BT tower” now they’ve announced selling it to MCR Hotels.

Hopefully it might reopen to the public.

If you want a great view in the same area for free you can just turn up on the day at The Garden at 120

Any ideas 💡 how to get tickets for horizon, biszopgate or sky gardens. On they site no free tickets:(

There appears to be a taller one in Moscow. 'Panorama360'

Bit more expensive getting there though.
