Cheapest electrical.

Just about to buy an iPhone from cheapest electrical and would like to ask if they are legit. They sell the phones as opened and not used, but if they are not as described, are they easy to return.

Yes they are legit. Their open box phones are mostly 14-Day change of mind returns from Tesco Mobile. Returns are easy if you aren't happy.

I’ve used them twice and both iPhones have been spot on

bought my previous phone (a Samsung S20 FE) from their ebay store - was a great price, and a great phone, in top-top condition. Would definitely give them a thumbs up.

I take it you're considering buying from their eBay store, as you can see there's currently a 10% discount code but if you're not in a rush they're always eligible for the selected sellers discounts so probably won't be too long before there's a 15 or 20% offer.

I think I've bought 4 times from them, twice they got it completely wrong and I had the inconvenience of having to return the items.

But to answer your question they are a legitimate company and I didn't have any issues getting a refund, I wouldn't use them again tho tbh, just don't need the hassle. (edited)
