Not personally but having a quick look I wouldn't shop with them. They are registered at companies house but they aren't strictly compliant with distance selling rules - looks to be more amateurish than avoidance.
I wouldn't shop there because I don't like the look and feel of the site it's really juvenile and if they can't be compliant then I'm not sure they'd know how to deal with me if I had an issue. Plenty of other places to trade.
Their Twitter page isn't going well (0 Following, 0 Followers) - Facebook only has a few posts from when the site ostensibly launched (June 2023).Their contact facilities are lame, as well as all the usual red flags.
It looks like some random has set up a website from a template and uploaded a load of pictures of washing powder.
Anyone falling for scams like this deserve to lose their money, rather than it be transferred to general taxation/bank charges.

Took chance and made a order for £11. I'll let you know what happens, wish me luck.
It isn't about luck. You may likely have a perfectly easy and good experience. The yardstick is when you don't. How peed off are you going to be at losing £11, or £22 or £111? Your risk will always be more if you've ordered before. So that may not happen this time but it might happen when the cost is higher. It won't happen with a bonafide website with history. This is neither.
