Nintendo Shop Online (My Nintendo Store) issues
Bought a Switch oled from my Nintendo store. Paid on Wednesday was told it would be delivered within 2 days. Here I am Saturday and it's not been delivered. I needed it Monday for my boys birthday.
Nintendo won't refund me despite it not being despatched as it's too far along in the system. I now find myself -£300 and without the switch I need for Monday (I've just spent £1800 on fixing my car) hence funds are quite short this month. Anyone ideas where I stand as a consumer?
Nintendo online support are about as much use as t**s on a fish. I honestly don't think I've had worse customer support in my life.
The black banner that's now at the top of the page advising delivery issues wasn't there when I ordered.

sorted byIf it's still not dispatched by early next week (which I appreciate would be too late for the birthday), you could try escalating it with a phone call to see if you can get a better explanation for the delay.
Lots of bad reviews on there which would put me off buying directly from them.
