Passport, phone, small amount of cash, fee free card, plug adapter, enough clothes, toiletries. I wouldn't wear joggers under any circumstances but it's a free country, *so wear what you want.

You are going to another country. Nobody you know will see you, and as long as you are compliant with the law, then your comfort outranks opinions
No suitcase. Just travel light, taking medium size rucksac with 2 Tshirts, lightweight trousers, shorts, under wear, charger and I go wearing jeans, shirt lightweight jacket and smart casual shoes. Summer time I wear shorts from airport till get there. (edited)

This isn't 1950, things have come a long way. Also since "lock down" wearing what you want has become socially acceptable, just bear in mind certain places have laws that require you to cover up (or strip off like Canada!)
On my last trip a small group turned up in spandex shorts and crop tops. I think they forgot it was a 7am flight. You could easily judge the temperature and who was wearing dental floss. As long as you promise not to dress like that, then all is good.
