    I used this for top dressing a couple of summers back, the older version was great but i found it stunk of excrement for around a week - not sure id want to use it in my house

    Used this as top dressing as ran out of the good stuff. This had far too much rubbish, sticks, plastic and the like in it, plus ended up with bonus weeds across the areas this was spread. Thought this was meant to be decent!

    Picture is of the old bag - the reduced peat version is circa 40-50% peat rather than 90%.

    The reduced peat version is not as good as the old version - there are more un composted bits in it

    The thing with C&C you have to pay before the free collection.
    That's if it comes back in stock. If you want to know that you need to give them your email address too, and the flood gate will be opened on all that spam they send you about stuff you don't need or want or maybe someone will? (edited)
