Any advice what not to do, and what TO do e.g. doors, windows, insulation or flooring will be great.

If you want a building purely for summer use they may be fine but if you want an office that you can use 'economically' all year round then the insulation needs to be as would be installed in a new build. You'll also need double glazing (minimum) - big bifold doors look great but these will allow a higher heat loss than an insulated wall. You will also need to plan for the electrical installation - as this is the likely source of heating you'll need a decent sized cable run to the building from your consumer unit."}],"commentCount":4,"interactionStatistic":3,"articleSection":"Ask"}
