Good socks

Hey. Bit of a boring question but fed up of buying socks that feel cheap and don't last. Any recommendations? Black ideally and on the thicker side.

I generally detest Sports direct but I find those big cheap packs of Black Donnay sports socks they sell are actually really good, last for ages and really comfy. (edited)

I get a decent life out of Marks and Spencer cool and fresh socks, but I wear them with shoes so they're probably a bit thinner than you might need?

I recently bought some Sainsbury's ones that looked very similar, you can really tell they're not as good.

Can't go wrong with M&S socks. Currently wearing these which are a little thicker than the usual pairs: marksandspencer.com/7pk…854

    Darn Tough socks.
They also come with a LifeTime Warranty, which speaks for itself.

The Asda sports socks have always served me well for my non-sporty life. Comfy and moderate in thickness.

But I think this last batch didn't last as long so looking at alternatives.

Will keep an eye on this thread.

I bought these, lwa had a problem with holes appearing in the ball of the foot area of socks so I got these as supposedly you can’t wear a hole in them. 3 years later they are still going strong.
