What have you clean it with? Have you used a damp cloth to see if that gets rid of it?

I clean it with little hand washing soap using micro fibre cloth like I've done with note 9 S 21/23 ultras

First rule of phones: apply screen protector right after taking it out from the box.

But besides that, that's really weird. It look like oleophobic layer damage?

Clean it with a drop of washing liquid maybe? Dry it with microfibre and wait. If it appears again then it is screen layer damage.

Very strange. I would post on the relevant reddit sub & samsung forum and you'll probably get a more clear answer, but looks the oleophobic coating to me. If you go down the warranty route (which I would), DO NOT say you used anything but a microfibre cloth (no soap) to clean the screen.

Drop it, smash it and claim it through home insurance.

I'm too honest for that but I have phone insurance. I'm going to fight Samsung though to see what happens!
