How to identify secret seller name and address for eBay business listings?

Any suggestions for a functional methodology to identify a seller's company / business name & address and similar disclosures for business eBay listings?

Previous methodology was to switch region to eBay US but that no longer works,
unless it still works for some other unidentified eBay region / domain?

Seems unusual that eBay chooses to now actively withhold some sellers' disclosures that were previously openly presented.

Not looking for eBay usernames or store names that can be manipulated to deceive unsuspecting punters;
I'm specifically interested in identifying a seller's formal company / business name, address, business disclosures, etc.

    I'd like to know how to hide my address, phone number and email. I'm not even comfortable displaying a phone number (I have a payg for this reason and don't switch it on). I get spam/marketing to my email which is easy to block, but one day someones going to turn up at my door

    That address is the address of HMRC for overseas sellers (might be wrong about the overseas sellers but it is a HMRC address)

    First line of the eBay explanation of DSA states:
    The European Commission adopted the Digital Services Act...
    which may explain why native EU eBay listings have full disclosures,
    but as eBay UK is not within EU it looks like eBay UK CBA following suit and prefers to secretise foreign sellers. Except for US sellers...

    Seems to be a lack of consistency in the secrecy,
    but presumably seller secrecy with the buyer not being permitted to know the seller is in the interests of the buyer.
    Somehow.
