Something not right there unless you used promo codes not advertised perhaps or you cancelled the sales later? The £2 tcb bonus should always pay thru. As Jamie says, best to contact tcb and raise a ticket - their cs is normally quite good
I don't think you'll get £2 tcb bonus if it was used on the Currys purchase and it was declined.
