Samsung trade in

I am planning to buy a35 from Samsung, for trade in I have HTC one x faulty ( its not power on) unfortunately I can't find imei number on physical phone as display not turning on I can't able to find imei number inside phone as well. Can anyone help me. Please.

    Have you looked on the SIM tray, around the SIM slot, or for a small pull-out tab around that same area with the IMEI on it?

    If it's no longer present, and it's not written on the back cover of the phone either then you'll not be able to trade it in. The IMEI must be clearly visible for this.

    It could be on receipt/ delivery note/ original box.

    Bought this from mobiles.co.uk 12 years ago I phoned them they given me the imei number. Thanks for your help

    For all SAMSUNG devices you can use the presented below universal method:

    Unlock the screen and open the phone's dialer.Type in the following secret code: *#06#As a result you should see the window with IMEI Number.
