Worth it alone just for the case

Plenty of stock in too!

Those tools look like the typical cheap crap that breaks on its first usage, but the case might be ok for £15. It's not exactly huge though:

"Dimensions of case in cm: (H)39.8, (W)26.4, (D)26.6."

This might be a better storage option, assuming you don't need to the cheap and nasty tools:

Ditto oO

Anyone got any actual experience of of this gear? I. E. Actually used it it and can comment on how good it it is?

If you mean the tools, I'd look at this set, for £14.99. It doesn't have all the same tools, but the ratchet at least is good quality, I've been using one for years with no problems.

Bought one for my 11 year old son for his bike, scooter etc. He now leaves my tools alone.
Bought it last time it was on offer in argos.

Thanks ordered

thanks for all the heat. picking mine up from my local store in the morning so will be able to comment on the quality then. I'm no expert though! lol!

I know they might not be the highest quality but for the price, I don't think you can complain. There is at least everything you'd need as a basic set there... ordered thanks.

saying my store dont have any and will not let me pick another store

Great deal - thanks heat added

hmmm i like the storage but are the tools just really pound shop quality?

heat added anyway

I voted hot, but I think the free 26 piece one from AutoExpress £1 subscriptions are about the same quality.

I got the same sort of thing from b n q couple years back. I'm an engineer and the occasion use of sockets is pretty good quality in my experience none broken. Not snap on but well worth it!

Fine for minor things around the house, this is not heavy duty..

How much did you pay at bnq?

Dunno why people whinge about the price vs quality. THEY ARE 10p PER ITEM. As pointed out already, the flipping box is worth the price, even if you throw the tools away and use it to store your flower arranging kit.

have one of these
good bit of kit

1/4" drive ..... Snap, whoops there goes the drive off the ratchet, ok for use on cycles but not on cars at all!

good price.

As someone said the box is worth it alone for 15 quid.........for house jobs and minor maintenance theres nowt wrong with this at the price........Heated.

Because I suspect some of them aren't fit for purpose. What's the point of a 10p ratchet spanner that breaks the first time you use it?

This is a VERY small toolbox ........ I'm not sure the box at Dimensions in cm: (H)39.8, (W)26.4, (D)26.6 is, as has been said sometimes, is actually worth £15?

The tools are low grade Poundland stuff ..... but, as a tool box for the kiddies to fix their bikes and toys - it could have some mileage in it, so for that HOT for th kids :-)

had a similar set the l/r selector on the ratchet broke of on 2nd go

not much else can break tho, hard to damage even poundland sockets and bits

reckon you absolutly must have mole grips tho.and a water pump wrench
