Considering you can pick up a 1tb Crucial P3 NVME for £40 right now, this doesn't seem like a good price. It'd be cheaper to buy the P3 and an NVME to SATA convertor

The P3 is QLC and dramless whereas the MX500 is TLC with dram which makes the MX500 a better drive. (edited)

I got a 128 gb one 12 years ago. I had to save for 2 years to afford it!

Great price for these drives. Corking price for the 500GB.
They will revive any ailing laptop / PC still running a physical hard drive. Heat!

Good deal OP - I've purchased 2 x 2TB MX500 2.5" SSDs this week from Amazon UK, just waiting for them to get delivered so I can test them out and get them installed into an HP 2570p EliteBook.

Oddly enough I'm unable to purchase a third SSD of the same size earlier today (will try again tomorrow night).

If anyone wants a cheaper 4TB SATA SSD, here you go -

It's a (sort of) re-branded 4TB MX500 for £60 less than the MX500 (but with over double the TBW for some reason). (edited)

Can't help thinking a deal price for this is around £50 now. Prices falling all the time.

The fact it has DRAM means they can keep the price around here, but I agree it could be closer to £50 the way prices have been dropping.

Needed order alot more than 2 so had a look around.

They are a little cheaper if you order direct from the crucial website, except the 4TB on.

    500Gb 1.60 cheaper.
