    Thanks for this! Returning the Kingston NV2 I got for £43 a few days ago and getting this for the PS5 instead. Good thing I didn't open that yet

    Not sold as in fulfilled by Amazon but sold by NETAC therefore the return policy is 30 days with Amazon and 5 year return to base so return to China with NETAC.

    After 30 days it is is the buyer's responsibility to pay the postage to return to China wait 2 - 6 weeks for the item to arrive with NETAC and another 2 - 6 weeks for it to be returned.

    I just contact Netac about a SSD card that’s failed under warranty, I've just been told to return it back to China although the company states it has a store on Amazon.

    13.02.23 still waiting to receive a UK registered address.

    Extremely disappointed with the product and in the customer service I've received."

    I am pretty sure you should get 1 year retailer warranty with Amazon either way?

    Amazon tried to fob me off with something similar with a corsair keyboard, reminded them about the UK consumer rights and they exchanged my keyboard.

    Grabbed one of these for the PS5. I think it's dead. PS5 recognised it once, tried to format it then turned off, now it either won't boot at all, or boots without showing the drive. Gonna try it in a PC to check. Not great... (edited)

    IF you have any problems with return let us know. Here is a transcript I got from Amazon customer services about returning a faulty item after 30 days, so not as bad as I assumed. However if you have had it less than 30 days there won't be any issue at all >
