    Scan were my goto supplier for lost of stuff like this, but I can’t justify the delivery charges. £13 for something that weighs 3grams and is about the size of a fingernail is ridiculous. Padded Jiffy bag and Parcelforce and it’d be £2 to deliver no doubt.

    With AliExpress, VAT is dictated by the law of this country on Customs duty where the overseas seller MUST collect VAT on behalf HMRC. In the case of SCAN, this is where make the extra profit through postage separately
