I wouldn't recommend these batteries. I use the Panasonic brand in a kitchen weighing scales and the batteries last three to four weeks at most with light daily use (three times a day).

The Duracell version lasts for six months and the Energizer brand lasts close to five months.

Unfortunately I bought twenty of these Panasonic ones when on special offer so am burning through them to exhaust my supply.

They are very poor life batteries and not worth even this money.

We replace car key fob batteries & definitely when the customer complains it didn't last long it's usually a Panasonic one that was in it

This is a hot hot price. I paid about the same for one of these to replace the battery in my car remote key fob so if you've not thought about replacing yours recently and this fits it's worth doing for peace of mind... And if you've got two or three cars in the family plus spare keys then this is an absolute match!

Good price but if you want to use in a car remote, then for vw family at least in my experience they do not last long at all. Tried these and a few other makes and argued case with my dealer there was a problem with my two remotes and why I paid over £5 per battery when I only got a few months use. Sometimes they just didn’t work at all, despite having full charge too. He said their batteries were different and I disagreed about this, but having had major problems for last year or so and none since I used theirs, I have to agree with him their batteries look the same but last much better so far. In last few months haven’t had any problems.

Is yours one of them keyless ones? I'm using in a normal button press to open key and seems fine, been three months so far

3rd party, I'd say they could be, but as Amazon are the seller, they are most likely not fakes. Not worth their reputation for any minimal profit gain.

I have to say that whenever I have bought batteries from Amazon, AA, AAA, as well as these 2032 one's, they don't last at all and makes me think they are all fake, even though they look genuine. I try to avoid buying batteries from Amazon
    davej1710's avatar
Amazon are the seller & not a third party. They won't be fake.
