Be aware that speeds shown in adverts are often READ speed which is a tad misleading as WRITE speeds are much more important.
Higher end cards do sometimes show both.

Frustratingly I am in need of 32GB cards and want them for a quarter of the price of the 128GB, sadly I don't think that will happen. I've tried using the 128GB capacity cards in devices that only support 32GB, with mixed results. So I have ended up swapping out all my 32GB cards for 128GB cards and find I still need more 32GB cards!
V30 cards are neither Premium nor High speed.
V90 is Premium,V60 is decent,V30 is slow
The speed rating advertised will likely be for Read which is a bit useless as for most uses Write speed is more important. For V30 it's ~30MB/s (edited)
if it's mainly to store media files, like downloaded music or movies, write speed less important.
if you're recording high res (4k) video then you really do need a guaranteed write speed
if you're using in a dash cam, you need high endurance writes otherwise the card will wear out too fast
