Lost my case and one airpod last month (I had the other one in my ear) - to replace the missing bits costs more than buying the whole set again 😩 can’t afford either!

I realise that’s got nothing to do with anything but rant finished

Doesn’t matter where you buy these from guys…..so long as they are still under warranty just take them back to you’re nearest Apple Store and you don’t need to show them a receipt as they will just scan barcode on them and will tell you if they’re still under warranty or not…..Pure example of this….I bought a faulty pair of 2nd generation AirPods which had a software issue but were still under warranty for just £36…..that was over 1 year ago and now after the first set Apple gave me went faulty they were then very kind and replaced them with a brand new set including the charging case and a 2 year warranty…..you can’t grumble at that now can ya guys…..(y)

I've gone for these from John Lewis simply for the 2 year warranty at the same price.

I used to do that until I heard horror story after horror story of people trying to claim under warranty. A lot of people say it’s worth no more than the paper it’s written on

How do these compare to Bang & Olufson/ Pixel Pro earbuds? Or even the more basic Pixel ones

Nice price but I am 100% sure they will fall constantly out of my ears. For some strange reason they never hold their place if there is no rubber involved.

90% of the price is for the name. There are much better earbuds available for < £100.
