Lots of reports of police failing to investigate, even if there is clear footage (and there is no guarantee the footage would be clear enough to identify the thief anyway)
Worked great. NB - I don't leave it plugged in at other times as don't want cameras inside the house, but this is good if you do. If you have a sync-2 module (+ a USB memory stick) then you can record without paying a monthly subscription (with the caveat of course that the footage is stored somewhere in your house rather than safely in the cloud) You get a trial of the blink-plus subscription with it - but according to my app they've FINALLY put an end date on the trial - which will run out later this month. (I think I've had this "trial" going for more than a year now with my blink outdoor cameras)
My plan is to use it as a chime for the blink doorbell I'm meaning to install. Will probably just put a sticker over the lens or something.
