    Any advice welcome... I've not been much of a cyclist, but an inury means I'm unable to run for a while... would this be ok for me? 5ft 6 female, for use on road and countryside dirt tracks. Thanks!!

    Yes size is ok, medium is for 165-177cm. You may want front suspension if doing lots off road otherwise would be great for you. Will be a very quick bike (not just a clever name!)

    I have a previous year of this model. Thoroughly good bike for my use - well built, light, good around town and on trails. Highly recommended.
