Covering all your cycling needs from the ground up, Endura have done it again and improved one of their greatest garments: the Hummvee Shorts. Whether it’s ripping along MTB trails or barrelling along your daily commuter route, the second generation Hummvee II Baggy Shorts are made from only the most durable fabrics for a long-lifespan. Thanks to Ripstop tech, nothing MTB trails can throw at you will stop you when you’re riding hardcore DH routes or flowing singletrack in these tough shorts. On top of that, they feature an efficient DWR (Durable Water Resistant) finish to keep light rain and mud at bay too.

Inside the shorts, meanwhile, you’ll find a supportive detachable liner featuring a protective 200 Series pad (detailed below) and full Clickfast™ compatibility. If you choose to ride without it on less intense days, the panel in the outer shorts section is still entirely seamless so you don’t need to worry about chafing over longer distances. Finally, the rear elasticated waistband delivers heaps of versatility and freedom.

Men’s 200 Series Pad
A moulded pad in a comfort-wick fabric which transports moisture rapidly to keep the skin dry. This compact pad is 9mm maximum thickness with antibacterial finish and dimpled structure to improve comfort on pressure points making it ideal for short to medium-length rides of 1-2hrs.

The Hummvee range is legendary in its time, as a gateway collection into a deeper world of technical performance off-road that still looks stylish in urban environments. Whether you’re ripping up the trail or on a more casual commute, just make sure your riding partner is Hummvee.

Lowest I've seen so ordered 2x more pairs 🙉 sell the liners for about £10 each too

    How's the sizing on these?

For reference I'm a 32" waist and the M fit me perfectly as expected

Definitely worth the money at this price. Came off my bike on the tarmac wearing these. They barely had a mark on them

Was the tarmac ok or did it need replacing?

What's the waist fastening like? I prefer a proper button rather than a pop rivet style thing.

    Proper button and zip

Wiggle, same company, strangely have other options including M-XL, black 2XL(+50p) and olive camo L+XL. would have gone for olive had I thought to check!

I'm such a loose cannon that I wore these on a road bike once.

I pride myself on dressing as badly as possible when I cycle. Nothing like overtaking a lycra clad roadie on the road wearing a t shirt and shorts covered in mud on my MTB

What every male cyclist should be made to wear. Only women should be allowed to wear lycra.

Gender stereotyping alive in 2023 then?

Thanks OP. A little Quidco cash back as well.

Only large left now in the grey. Gone for one many thanks.

I bought a pair because it looked like a good deal, but these things are too long and heavy for my liking. You certainly get a lot of shorts for your money, but I much prefer my trusty specialized enduro shorts.

I’d have ordered a Medium pair but only seems to be Large left now & they’d be a little baggier than I’d like

Heat given for the price anyway

    * I managed to get a pair in Medium from 'Tredz'. £32.50 but 7% off for BLC so £30. A few quid more than the deal here but thought I'd mention it for anyone else wanting a pair. I think other sizes were £28.99 too. (edited)

The olive camo ones are awesome! I need these in my life! I also need a M, so they ain't gonna be in my life in the immediate future.

    Heated and bought 2 x

    Great deal!

    Thanks OP

I think everyone is, bike sales hugely down, I don't know how they're turning a profit at what they're charging for some bikes right now

    Ordered thanks

I'm a 34" waist. I've ended up with XL in olive camo. I've a feeling they may be a bit too baggy, I'd have preferred a L, but we shall see. 🤞

Does anyone find the liner on these really uncomfortable on the old meat and two veg? Feels like one’s gonna come up through my throat whenever I wear them

I know it’s not one size fits all but wondering if it’s just me and my saddle positioning or it’s common…
    Johan's avatar
Not yet, but I find it not that well padded though compared to others so less comfortable but not to the level you describe so well!
Would a size up help or not?

Does anyone have any recommendations for light baggy cycling shorts? I've got a pair of these, and I'm going to get another pair or two as they're great quality, but would also love to have some cycling shorts for road cycling that are a lot more lightweight than these (but not lycra).
