Mine arrived too. It was either a display model or a customer return.
The watch wasn't bagged and had no tags or stickers. It had also been paired to a phone, which is why I suspect a return.
It needed a good clean due to smudges & grime on the screen.
Now I'm paranoid that it was returned due to a fault.
I won't be buying from H Samuel again.
I would contact them about it if your not happy...
This is normal for H Samuel, if it's in pristine condition then at least you have your warranty and you did actually still get a bargain, just make sure it's reset so you can pair it to your phone, get onto live chat and they may give you a partial refund making it cheaper still

I love the watch and it is a good deal,if I was going to get one I would opt to collect in store and check it out when they hand it over,if you think it might be a return at least youve got staff discuss that with.
