yep i was gonna buy the mid version last winter but after reading those reviews and seeing the buyers pictures I thought again.

Columbia used to make great footwear but now they are uncomfortable and found their winter shoes seem to have thinner soles as the cold goes straight through them.

I absolutely love my Columbia trainers. Quite possibly the best trainers I've ever bought. Can't speak on these ones but recommend the brand for sure.

bought some of these last week, go at least a halfsize bigger if you value your little toes

I've got them in another colourway they're actually decent. Like Columbia as a brand. Most of their outdry shoes I've used almost daily for 2-3 years+ and they still go strong. Can't say that for other brands such as Northface. Paid £70 for a pair and within a month the shoes started squeaking. No such issues with Columbia.
