mouthwash is pointless if you use it after brushing, as you spit out all the fluoride which is what protects your teeth ...

    Do you mean before brushing

Interesting chat with both dentist and hygienist this week. Bottem line: forget mouthwash (does zero or can actually be harmful) and just use the cheapest toothpaste as long as it contains fluoride. Mos of the calims for these things are marketing BS. Possible minor effect from 'sensitive' toothpastes but just brushing properly is the real answer to good teeth.

But Besford, whilst knowledgable, they are not the authority on this. I personally use the good Lidl stuff, eithe gum protect or total care. Much more affordable than this stuff and approved by the Dental Health Foundation.

My dentist has beef with Corsodyl, I can only assume the Cosodyl rep didn't roll over help finance their lavish lifestyle and so they don't recommend it.

Must be referring to the medical product. This is just regular mouthwash.
