I've tried some of these random company drives before and they seem to last just fine. I have yet to have one of these cheap-o drives fail. Oldest one is a little over 3 years old and still running in a daily machine.
It's a decent price for this one. Obviously there are cheaper drives out there but they are more than likely DRAM-less. (edited)
