    Excellent price for the flight, if you want to take a 20kg suitcase with you, then the price will be £95.96 (which is still a reasonable price)

    Ouarzazate is around 4-5 hours away from Marrakech, but is an excellent landing spot if you want to take a 3-4 day trip into the Countryside and onto the Sahara desert. There are a lot of natural beauty spots around this area.

    Also Boone your luggage with flights otherwise you will end up paying a lot more - £85 for 20kg there and back!

    Are you assuming, or have you actually checked?

    We found the prices of accommodation and meals was very reasonable around this area.

    Is there anything remotely interesting there? Isn't it just a desert? Don't think it's convenient for kids is it?

    Unless your kids are into walking/hiking/historical sites then best go elsewhere.

    There are lot's of interesting places to see around the area, but not the types of thing most kids would be interested in.

    This is not far from the Hollywood studio where Gladiators was shot I believe… and also a kinda boring UNESCO World Heritage site in my opinion.. where Gladiators was shot as well. If you look like Russel Crow you may be treated like a VIP

    That's why it's cheaper than parking at Stansted. Not for everyone but my point of view is that it gives you some time to adjust etc. after you get there otherwise you just end up getting there and going to sleep which is one wasted day...
